THE ULTIMATE FRIDAY NIGHT UN-WIND

Join us for a long session of Yang / Yin yoga with an emphasis on the Yin approach. We will work with dynamic asanas (Yang) followed with slow, deep and meditative postures (Yin).

The 2 hour yoga session will finish with a long relaxation followed by a hearty bowl of soup and the company of your fellow yogis. Imagine how great you’ll feel on Saturday morning!
