UPLIFTING AND
ENERGISING YOGA
Join Julie Adam and Sarah Hanks for 2 hours of uplifting and energising Hatha YOGA flow. Participate in playful and dynamic sequences that will connect you to the breath and get the prana (energy) flowing - and maybe a little sweat too! Each two hour session will incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (physical postures), meditation and extended relaxation sessions.
