Classes

Julie’s Yoga is suitable for everyone. Classes include and develop mindful breathing practices, functional movement to help prevent injury, improve balance,
co-ordination and postural stability. Mindful breathing practices can help reduce stress and anxiety, support restful sleep and improve the quality of your life.

Julie’s classes are some of the most welcoming and down to earth that I have attended and her gentle guidance throughout class means I have been able to continue my Yoga journey regardless of what life throws at me … one of my favourite things in the week.”
